Digital Downloads — No Refunds

All products sold by Gifts Gifted are digital downloads. Due to the instant and non-returnable nature of digital files, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been made and the file has been delivered.

Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that issues can sometimes arise. If you experience a technical problem with your download (such as a corrupted or incomplete file), please contact us within 7 days of purchase at giftsgifted23@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Accidental Purchases

If you believe you have made a purchase in error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis, but we cannot guarantee a refund once the digital file has been accessed or downloaded.
