All products sold by Gifts Gifted are digital downloads. Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been made and the file has been delivered.
Exceptions
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you experience any of the following
issues, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve it:
The file you received is corrupted or unreadable
You received the wrong file
The file was not delivered after purchase
